Water Treatment Plant Cleaning

Water Treatment Plant Cleaning Application

Pressure washing and vacuum cleaning as an integrated solution has a wide variety of applications in water treatment plants.  It provides the ideal solution for cleaning grit chambers, sludge pits, bar screens, and removing sludge and other substances from lagoons, which provides a setting for the most sanitary water possible.

Pressure washers and vacuum cleaners like Super Products’ Camel® Maxxx Sewer and Catch Basin Cleaners provide a fast and safe water treatment plant cleaning solution.  It quickly meets the cleaning needs of water treatment plants using a positive displacement vacuum system for various vacuum applications.

A hydraulic plate-operated dewatering system allows operators to compress the material into the debris body, removing water from the material and draining it separately.  This allows greater collection of debris on each trip and also results in a drier, lighter load to be transported to the dumpsite, reducing fuel usage and other operational costs and increasing productivity and efficiency. Along with the standard tip-to-dump unloading system (with its 50-degree dump angle), the Camel® Maxxx can also be equipped with a hydraulically operated ejector plate system that empties the contents without elevating the body.

Since it cleans with high pressure water and vacuums large particles of high density material through the 8″ diameter suction tube, the Camel® Maxxx ideal for wastewater treatment plants.
